Arnica FAQs

Arnica may help a bruise fade a little faster, and the research is mixed. Many injectors still suggest it because it is low risk on unbroken skin.

Apply a thin layer two or three times a day until the bruise fades. Stop if your skin gets red or itchy.

Most providers allow arnica gel after filler or Botox. Ask your injector when to start, since some want you to wait a few hours.

You can use arnica on your face if the skin isn't broken. Keep it away from your eyes and mouth.
