While we will make every effort to accommodate your request, orders may enter processing immediately and cannot be canceled once they have been submitted to our fulfillment team.
Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
If your order has already shipped, you may be eligible to return the item in accordance with our Return Policy after delivery.
Subscription and Auto-Replenishment orders may be canceled at any time before the next scheduled processing date.
Once a subscription order has been processed and charged, it cannot be canceled. However, future subscription shipments may be modified, skipped, or canceled through your account settings.

If an order is canceled by Exclusive Beauty Club, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
If your cancellation request is approved before shipment, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your account.
