Flex is a payments platform that enables customers to use their Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) funds at checkout. Exclusive Beauty Club has partnered with Flex to make it simple to spend your pre-tax dollars on eligible skincare and beauty products.

No, but some products require documentation from a licensed healthcare provider stating that the item is necessary to treat or manage a specific medical condition. This documentation is called a Letter of Medical Necessity (LOMN). If a product requires LOMN, Flex facilitates a chat-based consultation that generates the letter in real time.

A Letter of Medical Necessity is a formal document from a licensed healthcare provider stating that a specific product or service is required to treat, manage, or prevent a medical condition. This documentation is often required by HSA/FSA administrators to approve the use of pre-tax funds for certain health and wellness items.

The Process: You will complete a brief, chat-based consultation with a medical professional.

The Cost: There is a $12 fee for the consultation and issuance of the letter.

Validity: Once issues, the letter is valid for one full year of eligible shopping.

You can still purchase eligible products using a standard payment method and get reimbursed later. Complete your purchase, then select the Get Reimbursed option on the order confirmation page. Flex will send you a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) to submit to your HSA/FSA provider for reimbursement.

Your card may be declined if the product is not classified as HSA/FSA eligible, if your account balance is insufficient, or if your card issuer restricts certain merchant categories. Please verify your card balance and confirm the item is on the eligible products list. Contact your HSA/FSA provider if the issue persists.

At this time, you can only use one HSA/FSA card per transaction through Flex. If your card balance does not cover the full order amount, you can split the payment by paying the remaining balance with a standard credit or debit card at checkout.
