Shipping and Package Protection

We’ve partnered with Route—a package protection and tracking solution—to give our customers the best possible delivery experience. Route provides low-cost shipping protection to protect your package in the event that it gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit.

Route is also a mobile app that allows you to visually track all of your online orders in one place. No need to dig through your email for tracking numbers. Route’s dynamic maps and real-time shipping updates keep you in the loop throughout every part of your delivery. The Route app is available on Android and Apple app stores.

Refused Packages

A $15 Non-Delivery Fee will be charged for refused shipments. The Non-Delivery fee will be charged to the payment form selected during checkout, and will be subtracted from any refund or store credit.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed by close of business Monday.

Domestic Delivery Time - Standard Shipping

Orders shipped to the western U.S. can be expected within 5-8 business days. Orders shipped to the eastern U.S. generally take 3-5 business days. Please note free shipping does not include weekends and holidays. For quicker delivery, next day shipping service is available. All delivery times are estimates. The total time needed to deliver your package may be longer. Exclusive Beauty Club is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures or acts of nature.

UPS Next Day Air

For quicker delivery, UPS Next Day Air shipping services is available. This is not a guaranteed service.

United States Postal Service (USPS)

USPS is required for all deliveries to PO Boxes and military addresses. We cannot guarantee a replacement or refund for lost packages shipped via USPS. 

DOT restricted

DOT restricted including items that are pressurized or flammable, must be shipped via Standard Ground in accordance with the Department of Transportation.

In accordance with U.S. federal holidays, our warehouse will be closed on the following days:
