NAD+

Also known as nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide, NMN, NAD

What is NAD+?

NAD+ is a molecule every cell uses to turn food into energy and to repair DNA. Your levels drop by about half between your 20s and your 50s, and skin repairs itself more slowly as a result. NAD+ skincare and its building blocks, like NMN and niacinamide, aim to raise those levels in the skin.

NAD+ FAQs

NAD+ gives skin cells the energy they need to repair damage. Early studies show firmer, brighter skin, and the research is still small.

They are related but different. Niacinamide is a form of vitamin B3 that your skin turns into NAD+.

NAD+ is a large molecule, so brands use smaller building blocks or delivery systems to help it sink in.

You can use it morning and night. It layers with retinol, vitamin C, and sunscreen.
