You can earn points every time you shop, and on a variety of activities. To see all the ways you can earn points, check the Earn Points section on the loyalty page.

You can redeem your points at checkout by logging into your account and applying the available points towards your purchase. Every 100 points equals $1 off your purchase.

You can also use your points to redeem gifts. Once you're logged into your account, go to the "Rewards" section of the loyalty page. If you have enough points, you can exchange them for rewards.

• Approved: Ready to use for rewards.
• Pending: Your points are awaiting verification. The approval period is 14 days. Once the approval period is finished, these will become approved points. Typical for recent purchases and referrals.
• Cancelled: Not added to your account, for example when a purchase is cancelled.

Your tier status is based on a rolling 12-month period from the date you qualified. To maintain your Gold status, spend $500 within 12 months of reaching Gold. To maintain your Platinum status, spend $1,500 within 12 months of reaching Platinum.

You will receive an email with a discount code on your birthday. Enter this code into checkout to redeem your discount.

Sign into your Exclusive Beauty Club account and leave reviews on the product pages for items you previously purchased. You will also receive emails asking you to leave reviews. Earn 250 points when you write a review for a product you've purchased.
