I've been dealing with melasma for 25 years (I think after using provera to promote fertility after laser surgery endometriosis). The only promising results I saw was the Obagi system (clear/exfoderm/bender and prescription of retinol), but it took many weeks to see difference. I see a difference in my lighter dark patches on my cheeks within days and see that my chin is getting lighter too. All I can say is I wish I knew about this one single product alot earlier!
