AM Regimen:
Cleanser: Bioderma Sensiobio Milk - I like this cleanser in the morning because it is so light and it is actually a no-rinse formula. It has their patented Toleridine formula that really helps soothe the skin on contact. It has kelp extract that protects the skin from oxidative stress as well as UV induced sun damage. It also has Glycyrrhetinic Acid, a component of licorice that has an anti-inflammatory effect on skin. It comes in a no-rinse formulation, but what I do is I apply it to dry skin with my hands, rub it in, and rinse off. You may also apply it with a cotton pad and leave on.
Moisturizer: Bioderma Sensibio Tolerance +Â -Â love this lightweight moisturizer that soothes skin on contact with their Neurocontrol formulation that reduces the hypersensitivity of nerves on the skin. It doesn't leave my skin oily or greasy at all!
SPF: Bioderma Sensibio AR CC Cream -  not only protects you with SPF 30 but it has soothing Enoxolone, a component of licorice root that also has an antiinflammatory and soothing effect. It also has a universal matte tint that looks great on everyone.
Lately, I have been paddleboarding so my face gets really hot. I love using the  Bioderma Hydrabio Mist  which instantly soothes my skin with its blend of minerals and soothing ingredients.
PM Regimen:
VMV Red Better Cleansing Cream if I have make-up or a ton of water-resistant SPF on. I do a dry rub on my skin then rinse off. I love this product because it is devoid of the 109 most common skin allergens and has soothing anti-inflammatory coconut monolaurins.
Bioderma Hydrabio-Gel Cream - I love this one because it is a bit thicker formulation than the Sensibio Tolerance+ but it rapidly absorbs in your skin without the greasy or heavy feel of most moisturizers. This has the Bioderma Aquagenium formula that targets the lipid as well as the water channels in our skin to balance moisture. It also has salicylic acid, which is anti-acne and anti-inflammatory, as well as malachite, apple seed and rapeseed extracts, which are all antioxidants.
Then I apply prescription retinoid.Â

As with any skincare regimen, it is recommended that you see a board certified dermatologist or a dermatology PA who is knowledgable with skincare ingredients so you can have your own customized regimen for the summer.
