We do not ship internationally at this time.

Refused Packages

A $15 Non-Delivery Fee will be charged for refused shipments. The Non-Delivery fee will be charged to the payment form selected during checkout, and will be subtracted from any refund or store credit.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed by close of business Monday. Shipping delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Domestic Delivery Time - Standard Shipping

Orders shipped to the western U.S. can be expected within 5-8 business days. Orders shipped to the eastern U.S. generally take 3-5 business days. Please note free shipping does not include weekends and holidays. For quicker delivery, next day shipping service is available. All delivery times are estimates. The total time needed to deliver your package may be longer. Exclusive Beauty Club is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures or acts of nature. We use UPS Ground for standard shipping.

UPS Next Day Air

For quicker delivery, UPS Next Day Air shipping services is available. This is not a guaranteed service. Orders received after 2:00pm EST are shipped out the next business day.

United States Postal Service (USPS)

USPS is required for all deliveries to PO Boxes and military addresses. We cannot guarantee a replacement or refund for lost packages shipped via USPS.

DOT restricted

DOT restricted including items that are pressurized or flammable, must be shipped via Standard Ground in accordance with the Department of Transportation.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages

We are not liable for any lost or stolen packages or packages that are marked as delivered but not received by the customer. We do insure orders over $100 that are shipped via UPS. If your package was not received and your order is over $100, please contact us and we can file a claim with UPS to open an investigation for potential 'porch piracy'. However, reimbursement is not guaranteed.

Please report damaged packages to our Customer Care Team immediately so we can begin investigating the issue. Damaged shipments must be reported within 14 days of the shipment's estimated delivery date.

When reporting damaged packages, photos showing damage to the shipping box will be requested at the request of the shipping courier.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If for some reason your package is refused or undeliverable, you will be charged a $15 fee for UPS and USPS packages. Please double-check that your shipping address is correct before you place an order to avoid incurring this fee.
