Step 1: Apply the Activating Rods
Snap blue top off at the black line. 2: Place the bottom plastic end of swab inside the tube and gently push black line down, allowing serum to be absorbed by swab. 3: Using the swab, rub serum across all of your teeth. 4: Leave serum on for 30 seconds. Do not rinse.
Step 2: Brush for 2 minutes Use a pea-sized amount of toothpaste and accelerator together on a dry toothbrush. Apply toothbrush to the area between each tooth where the gumline meets, and make tiny circles for two minutes.
Step 3: Rinse Rinse with approximately 1 teaspoon (1 ml) and swish for 30 seconds. For those with sensitivity, dilute slightly with water. Do not swallow.
Step 4: Repeat Repeat steps 2 and 4 to complete the 6-minute routine (or at least twice per day) for optimal results.
